Hold the position for 10 seconds, while inhaling deeply and exhaling when going back to the position where the abs touch the thighs. Repeat the positions 10 times and you will feel as well relaxed.
It is recommendable as well that you use a proper technique while lifting heavy things. Do not forget to use your legs, knees, and avoid lifting with the strength of your back. When lifting something heavy from the floor, first flex your knees and go down, pick up the object and stand up with the strength of the legs. If you have to do this type of activity very often, the use of a back brace is a good idea to avoid lower back injuries and Spinal Disc Herniation.
